These SMS/Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern your participation in the SWEAS UNLIMITED text messaging program (the "Messaging Service"). By providing your mobile phone number and opting into the Messaging Service, you agree to these SMS Terms, as well as our general Terms and Conditions.
1. Messaging Service Description
SWEAS UNLIMITED offers a mobile messaging program, which you agree to use and participate in subject to these SMS Terms. The Messaging Service is used to provide you with information about our services, schedule appointments, and engage in conversational, two-way messaging.
2. User Opt-In
You may opt-in to the Messaging Service by providing your mobile phone number through a form on our website or by directly providing it to one of our representatives. By opting in, you:
Expressly consent to receive conversational and informational text messages from us at the mobile number you provide.
Acknowledge that message and data rates may apply.
Confirm that you are the subscriber to the relevant phone number or that you are the customary user of that number on a family or business plan and that you are authorized to opt-in.
3. User Opt-Out
You may opt-out of the Messaging Service at any time. To stop receiving messages, text STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message you receive from us. After you send the opt-out message, we will send you one final message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. You will not receive any further messages from that number unless you opt-in again.

5. Message Frequency

6. No Warranty
We do not guarantee that the Messaging Service will be available at all times or in all areas. The Messaging Service is provided on an "as-is" basis. We will not be liable for any delays or failures in the receipt of any mobile messages, as delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider/network operator.
7. Prohibited Content
You agree not to send any prohibited content over the Messaging Service. Prohibited content includes:
Any fraudulent, libelous, defamatory, scandalous, threatening, harassing, or stalking activity.
Objectionable content, including profanity, obscenity, lasciviousness, violence, bigotry, hatred, and discrimination.
Viruses, Trojan horses, worms, or other malicious software.
8. Changes to SMS Terms
We reserve the right to modify these SMS Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new terms on this page. Your continued participation in the Messaging Service after such changes will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
